We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties.

  • Conversation History: Retained while your account is active
  • Account Data: Retained for 30 days after account deletion
  • Payment Records: Retained as required by financial regulations

6. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Koda is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover underage usage, we will immediately delete the account and associated data.

  • No Human Review: Your conversations are private and not reviewed by human staff
  • Automated Safety: Built-in AI safety features automatically handle inappropriate requests
  • No Alerts: We do not alert authorities or emergency contacts based on conversation content
  • User Control: You control what you share and can delete your data anytime

9. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Koda, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
